Job Description
    • Lead generation, meeting client, setting up meeting with higher authorities, Regular follow up and converting the lead into business.
    • Business Development - To achieve the assigned Business targets.
    • To build data of new corporate clients, develop relationship for generation of future business.
    • Research/identify companies with specific parameters & sound financials having credit requirement.
    • Acquisition of new-to-bank business relationship.
    • Maintain relationship with existing and past customers and explore new business opportunities from them.
    • Market feed back to the Branch/Reporting Heads.
    • Timely recovery of fees.
  • Requirement
      • Excellent oral and written communication skill.
      • self-driven, motivated and target oriented.
      • Experience in SME/Mid market.
      • Marketing of financial products (working capital/term loan/LAP/LRD/Discounting of bills, etc.).
      • Understanding of the financial requirement of client (working capital/project finance).
      • Well networked in the local business banking market, geographical market.
      • Understanding of financial statement, ratio analysis, external credit rating.

      Education : MBA Marketing .

        Experience : Two to five years in Marketing of Loan Products .
